Lars had this idea of making lowbudget public roundabout art with the OKC. With cheap materials, so it won’t last that long. And whenever people don’t like the piece, you can just tell them “Well, it was really cheap to built and it’ll be gone in a year” Great, right? So thinking about that, an idea I had a couple of years ago sprung to mind: melting public art. Street statues made out of wax, that slowly melt in the summer sun. A proud image, sagging and aging in a couple of years time. Thought it was pretty cool. I’m not sure if the government will be happy with my plan, but I think I’m going to make an animation out of it either way. This is the plan:

Yes, this is a self portrait, but I think it will be more fun and less depressing to use a random bimbo as the image I am going to melt. Much more satisfying to watch her features sag and deteriorate and decay….
